A: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping & Delivery

A: Yes! Free shipping is available for all UK orders. For international orders, shipping is £19 per order, and free for orders over £150.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

  • UK: 3–6 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day free returns and exchanges for most items. Products must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact. Personalized or custom items are not eligible unless faulty.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
